1-2-3 FLOOR provides a one-year warranty to all Lake Norman and Charlotte flooring customers on material and labor for all flooring projects. 1-2-3 FLOOR is a full service flooring provider specializing in hardwood, tile, and laminate flooring. We warrant that all flooring work completed is of the highest quality and follows standard flooring practices.
When installing hardwood flooring projects, 1-2-3 FLOOR uses the highest quality NOFMA approved hardwood flooring. We make sure that the moisture content of your hardwood flooring is within industry standards at the time of installation. Hardwood flooring is a product of nature and there are some circumstances that are beyond any Lake Norman and Charlotte flooring company's control. We do not warrant against hardwood flooring damaged due to climate conditions or improper care. We do not warrant against scratches or dents after installation. We do not warrant that the finish will not amber, yellow, or change color due to ultraviolet rays or lighting. These mentioned unwarranted occurrences are influenced by on-site conditions and are beyond our control. Our warranty goes above and beyond any warranty provided by other Lake Norman and Charlotte flooring companies.
